YOU ARE THE APPLE OF GOD'S EYE

"For thus saith the Lord of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye." (Zechariah 2:8)

What is being spoken to me about worth?

  1. Amen sistas!!! The fact of being the apple of His eye is enough for me! We are so much worth more than what we realize. We treat ourselves as though no one loves us because of what man has done to us. We have put God in the category of men and not God alone. We don't realize nor understand nor remember that His ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not His thoughts! We...let me make this personal...I need to spend more time with meditating over how the Lord loves me than with the fact of the love I am NOT getting from otger people!

  2. (Shanita) I am so thankful to see how much God cherishes my relationship with Him. I am important to Him, I am loved, I am close enough to be touched. I don't want to forsake that relationship. God is truly love and extends His love to me daily! Leaves me somewhat without words...

  3. (from Melanie) I take from this scripture that if I look into the eyes of God, I'll see a reflection of myself; that is because the Lord is also looking at/towards me. If God's eyes are on me, I don't have to worry about what happens to me...He loves and blesses me, He protects and holds me away from my enemies, He's CHOSEN to look on me (1 Peter 3:12) and that makes me feel worthy!

  4. We are gods choosen people. We are his. God created us so that we may in return love him and serve him. Those that come against gods people, come against God. God loves us and cares for us more than we know
