POWER TO TRIUMPH

"Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place."
(2 Corinthians 2:14)

What is being spoken to me about power?

  1. God causes me to triumph in Christ and the gospel being spread is a reason to rejoice! Perfumes and sweet scents were a sign of great triumph in ancient times, so Jesus being proclaimed and the power of His saving blood is like a sweet ointment being poured out all over me! Christ is my reason to rejoice! He is the reason I conquer! He is the reason I have the victory! He is the reason for my shout!

  2. As believers in Christ our triumphs come through Christ. We cannot do it on our own. It is through Christ we have the victory. As a believer in Christ I'm going always be triumphant, because through him I'm more than a conqueror. Without Christ in my life I'm very weak. I'm just blessed because I have Christ on my side...

  3. This verse shows me that Victory is already in Christ, and He gives me the ability to triumph through whatever I am facing. Being IN CHRIST is such a blessing because it gives me more power to live this Christian life! In ancient times of triumphs, perfumes and sweet smells were used, now our sweet savour is Christ!
