30 Days of Waiting and Patience: Day 18

Wednesday, September 18, 2013

"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us."
(Romans 5:1-5)

Question Reflection:

What is making it hard for me to wait on God in this situation?

  1. Sometimes when we're facing trials and tribulations it is hard to stay focused, because we're focusing on the problems at hand. It is during these trials and tribulations that learn we can also have v the victory. We have to learn how to endure and wait on God. It is on his time he will work it out for you. When we learn how to wait on God we will have the victory.

  2. During trials and tribulations we grow closer in our relationship with God, it is then that we rely completely on him. This has been my personal experience at least. Debra you always bring such clarification to things, thank you for always sharing. Also, ladies of SWAP thank you for helping us to grow in our journey with our Father.

  4. Thank you Priscilla & Debra for swapping with us today! This passage is full of words teaching us to wait on God even in the midst of trials and tribulations. Even when He is growing us through experience it's all meant to teach us patience and trust in Him
