"Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men."
(1 Thessalonians 5:14)

Question Reflection:

What is making it hard for me to wait on God in this situation?

  1. Sometimes we are so impatient with others because we want them to do and think like us and when that doesn't happen we get frustrated and impatient. But we must realize that everyone is an individual and has a mind of their own and think differently. We must have patience with others as God is patient with us. Meditating on His Word can help us, it helped me. Praise God!!!

    1. Amen Lorraine! That is true on so many levels. We can't change the way people think or behave, only God can do that. We must give room for God to be God! He is SO patient with us and when we realize that He is, we may learn to be more patient with others! Thanks for swapping

  2. We always have say being patient is a virtue. As I'm doing my Christian walk I'm learning others dont think the way I think. At first this frustrated me and at times I became impatient, but as I continue my walk, I've learned to encourage others. We must also be gentle and patient. We should always look for the best in other and bring it out.

    1. Amen Debra Gilliam! It's a natural thing to experience frustration, and usually it's because of our desire for instant gratification. When we grow in our walk, and are obedient to the Lord, waiting on Him becomes easier!
