It's Time for a Breakthrough: 2015 (In The Loop)

Tuesday, December 23, 2014

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

We have a tendency to postpone hard work, difficult decisions, or uncomfortable circumstances to a time that is more convenient for us.

The word time in this scripture means now, certain or due season, more accurately, a present or immediate time, like soon.

Maybe you’ve been praying for a breakthrough for months, even years wondering why everyone around you is making moves and you’re just barely keeping your head above water.

It’s time to break through those cotton candy lessons that make us all warm and fuzzy, but that don’t open our hearts to allow the Holy Spirit to prick and convict us of sin so that we can align our lives with the will of God. It’s time to break through watered down gospel teaching that massages us instead of moving us to repentance. It’s time for us, as women and daughters of God, to share His word with boldness, to live our lives as Christ Jesus did and not live ashamed of our experiences.

So many times we want a breakthrough in our finances, but we’re not faithful. We want a breakthrough in our unemployment, but we’re unbelieving in God’s ability to supply our needs. We want a breakthrough in our church’s mundane teaching, but refuse to volunteer to teach or lead others to Christ in our personal interactions. We want a breakthrough in our marriage, but we won’t consider marriage counseling. We want a breakthrough in our single status, but we still haven’t learned to love ourselves!

We can’t experience the breakthrough until we break through the things that are hindering us from getting to Jesus!

In 2015, we are fired up to move forward instead of waiting for a more convenient time. Now is the TIME to BREAKTHROUGH and make the uncomfortable steps toward the Lord. We hope and pray that you're ready to breakthrough the challenges, the haters, the judgmental attitudes, stigmas about mental illness, legalism, generational curses, strongholds, and more!

We’re breaking through and following hard after Christ in 2015! Please join us so that we can all grow together in the Lord! ☺

  1. I want you to know that I was thoroughly encouraged by this word. It is way past time for a breakthorough. It's time to break through the worries and the doubt and the fears and the excuses. I remember a while back there was a series called "believest thou are exalted". One of those lessons talked about "will you go higher to move mountains". What great motivation for breakthroughs! We should be more motivated to break through because we know that "His plans are higher than our problems" and "His forgiveness is higher than our fears" and the list goes on. But thank you for that good and encouraging word on breakthoughs.

    1. You are very welcome and we are glad you are supporting this ministry! As 2015 approaches, we pray that you will experience the necessary break through you need to get closer to the Master.
