"Continue Your love to those who know You; Your righteousness to the upright in heart."
(Psalm 36:10, NIV)

To the sister who is wondering if God still loves her...He does. Find comfort in the prayer below:

Dear God,

We thank You for another day on this side of life. We honor Your name, for in You is fullness of joy. You are our greatest possession and the heritage upon which our faith is founded! God, we praise Your name and thank You for Your grace which reaches down and touches each and every woman reading this prayer.

Father, we are thankful that we are able to experience the washing and working of Your Spirit within us. Today, dear Lord we examine our lives against Your love versus comparing ourselves to other women. We walk with favor in our step and joy in our heart, knowing that even though we are undone, You are capable of completing the work that You began in us.

Dear Lord, may we never be ashamed of being set apart for Your use. Regardless of who broke us, used us, mistreated or molested us; You can heal, mend, protect, restore, cherish, and lavish pure love on us. We are blessed to be Yours. Usher us into a place of confidence as we walk in our truth. May we look to You, Father, as our guide and pour open our souls to You. Guide our tongues to speak with power today, as the Spirit gives us utterance. May we move as we are guided by Your perfect Spirit. May our every thought please You and may we not be overcome with a lack mentality when You have given us everything that pertains to life and godliness.

Today, Lord, some of us want to admit that we are hurting and lost. We bring our rejections and worthlessness to your throne, so that we can be reminded that You've chosen and accepted us. We release the bitterness in our souls that keep us from connecting with You and with those around us. Today, we stop acting like nothing is wrong in our lives and surrender our deepest secrets and desires to You.

Father, because You love us, You will take us into Your arms. You have provided us shelter in Your church. You have provided us deliverance in Your Son. We realize in this moment, that we don't have to put on a show for You. You know our ins and outs because You created us; so we can be vulnerable, we can be lively, we can be hopeful, we can mess up, and we can be sad. We can even be angry as long as we don't lash out. We can be eccentric or conventional, and you will still love us and can still use us, if our hearts are willing to serve You.

We are daughters of the highest King; of whom should we be afraid, and of what should we be ashamed? We are heir to the throne, joint-heirs with Christ at that! We release our anxieties and ask You to settle our hearts where we need it most....especially in those areas that cause us the most confusion. We need You now, more than ever and place our trust in You. We love You, God, and pray that as we walk, work, and speak that we may lead someone to Jesus.

Thank you Lord, for the wonderful benefit of being called your children. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
